Pennsylvania online poker news
Will 2018 be the year that Pennsylvanians finally get legal and regulated online poker? The answer is yes!
On Oct. 26, 2017, the PA House passed a gaming expansion package that the PA Senate passed a day earlier. The bill, H 271, includes online poker, online casino games, daily fantasy sports, sports betting in PA (if the federal ban on sports gambling is lifted), and a number of other new forms of gaming.
Gov. Tom Wolf signed the bill into law on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017. It is now official: Pennsylvania is the fourth state in the US to legalize online poker and online casino games.
